QUESTION: I have A visitor from overseas with her baby coming to London via Heathrow then changing to a domestic flight. I am worried that she will be carrying suitcases and other luggage. I have no idea how is she going to handle all the luggage through customs and so forth whilst holding her baby at the same time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

ANSWER: Ideally, if she were to use baggage with a built-in wheeled trolley and handle that must come partway to helping with the struggle. Also for smaller baby nursing items, a compact luggage trolley packed away in her bag can be retrieved and set up so that all the smaller items can be strapped to it and wheeled around with a little more ease, and also can be accessed fairly readily. It’s certainly a lot better than having to struggle and juggle all those small items, as well as the baby.
