QUESTION: I am going overseas on holidays for 4 weeks. Should I take my big suitcase and half packed, or just my small luggage fully packed and take it with me?
ANSWER: It doesn’t hurt to leave space because you will fill it in on the way back, and it will cost less by weight going over. Also luggage can be very heavy for you to cart around from place to place, so a compact luggage trolley can be a handy thing to pack. It folds up and fits in your bag, and helps you in a big way when you are trying to cart around lots of luggage. It’s a portable wheeled cart to strap your suitcase to so you can pull it along. I would keep it minimal on the way over.

Choosing the appropriate luggage trolley or luggage bags for your tour is one the most imperative decisions of the holiday planning process. Apparently if you are packing for a business tour you are not going to bring you accessories in a backpack, in this case you will prefer a suitcase. Again if you are packing for a tour in Europe to make your holiday you are not going to taking a suitcase, in this situation you will prefer a backpack. Therefore I think the best question will be, "What are my options?"
Option 1: The Suitcase
I think the times of the hard suitcase are over. Now the fabric suitcases with multiple zippers for various slots become much popular. They are very convenient and used for carrying light weights. The most fashionable bags are the ones that contain wheels with a retractable handle so you can easily wheel you suitcase down the hall rather than carrying. However the wheels can damage and nobody wants to purchase a new bag just for the wheels, so also you have to learn how to replace your suitcase wheels. A standard suitcase will cost you about 40 dollars and if you want a high-quality suitcase then you can collect it for about 150 dollars.
Option 2: The Backpack
Are you taking a short tour to meet some friends? Are you visiting a place for a very short time? Just desire to look cool? Then the backpack will be perfect for you. There are a lot of variations on the travel backpack. There are very big ones that can be used in place of a duffel bag, very little ones that can be used as a shoulder bag for short tours from the hostel and the average sizes that come with many slots for your clothes, guide books, water, etc. If you are traveling between multiple destinations then strapping a bag to your backside will provide you much comforts. So if you like it you can buy a good one. You can obtain a small one for just only 40 dollars but the standard bags will cost between $90 and $200.
Option 3: The Duffel Bag
Ah! The classic duffel bags! Many people like to use luggage duffel bags rather than big suitcases and other large and bulky bags. The luggage duffel bags definitely allow you to bundle and go. Moreover, you can easily carry this type of bag over your shoulder. They are perfect for short holidays and business tours. Duffel bags have one large main slot but most have a pair of slots on the sides for easy access to books and water. Duffel bags come in various sizes; therefore you can buy a luggage duffel bag that suits on your journey requirements. Duffel bags come in a lot of sizes which cost from $30 to $90.
Just keep in mind to consider about your particular travel condition in advance because the appropriate bag can make the perfect tour.
